1. Trading data from linked accounts is analyzed based on the specific reward rates and reward policies of each Supported Exchange.
2. Rewards requested for conversion (transfer) are processed twice daily at 04:00 UTC and 11:00 UTC.
3. Completed reward transfers can be verified within your Supported Exchange account’s transaction history, typically under "Internal Transfer" or "Asset" records.
4. Rewards are estimated based on D-1 trading activity data and reflected on the dashboard daily at approximately 02:00 UTC (*Binance data is calculated on a D-2 basis).
5. For user protection and service continuity, accumulated reward data is securely managed until the termination of service use or upon a request for deletion.
6. Trading volume generated using exchange-provided trial funds, event bonuses, or vouchers is strictly excluded from reward estimation analysis.
